Dimitar Slavov created eCrater in 2004 according to his bios posted at eCrater.

I have found Dimitar's eCrater Mall and Shopping Cart concept the best environment for business as well as online shopping.

I have operated in the eCrater universe since 2006. Over the years eCrater has not only met the needs of individual shopkeepers with personal stores but engaged those shopkeepers into what is called the eCrater Mall.

eCrater has been a social network long before the current social media trends and its members have participated in viral marketing long before the business world understood the potential for word of mouth through the Internet.

Many thanks to Dimitar Slavov for his vision and dedication to develop eCrater and his forever support for all the merchants by offering all the tech savvy tools possible.

In additon, eCrater merchants utilize PayPal and Google Checkout as online payments. In 2010, eCrater was named by Google as one of the merchants who could upload to the NEW Google Merchant accessible through Google's Shopping.
